YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER, YOU ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR ITEM OR YOU’VE SIMPLY CHANGED YOUR MIND?
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order – email us at email@example.com. All returns are FREE worldwide. Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method.
You can use one of 7000 Collect+ points across the UK to drop off your return or come in store. For international returns, we will arrange a tracked courier collection for you via DHL, or UPS in the US.
All items must be sent back to our designers in the original packaging provided and with tags on.
1. Print out the return form
Print out and complete the PDF we will send you by email.
2. Prepare the parcel
Put the item(s) back in its/their original packaging and then put it/them in a parcel.
Please include the completed return form as well as the invoice for your order in the parcel.
3. Send the item(s)
Take your parcel to the nearest post office and send it to the following address:

Please kindly note you will be required to pay shipping costs.
4. You will be refunded!
Once we have received your parcel, the refund is generally made within a period of 30 working days. You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed.
Any item bought in the sales or as part of a special order or flash sale will be refunded at its purchased price.

In compliance with Pure Labels’s sales conditions, only items returned in their original packaging will be accepted. Accordingly, items which are returned in poor condition or have been washed and/or worn will be refused and returned to you (be aware you will be charged shipping fee).
